How long does it take to complete an order and when will I get it?

An order takes about 6 - 8 weeks to complete. Shipping times vary by destination, but generally take 3 - 5 business days within Canada, 3 - 7 days to the United States, and 5 - 14 days Internationally.

 

Can I phone my order in?

To be as efficient as possible, we are only able to take online orders.


Can I pick my order up instead of having it shipped to me?

We do not provide order pick up, all orders are shipped directly to you.


Can you ship to the person I am giving the gift to?

Sure! Just provide us with the address and phone number of the recipient when the order is placed.


The baby's name is not very long. Can you get all the information on there?

Not to worry, we can fit everything onto the smaller tags. However, if there ever is a problem, we would be sure to let you know of the challenge as well as a suggestion to rectify it.


Can I have different information written on the smaller tags, instead of the birth details?

At this time, we can only include the birth information on the smaller tags.

 

I don't see a color combination that I like, can I get something else?

Custom matting colors are available, please contact us directly for pricing information.


I would like a different frame color than what is offered, can you do that?

We are unable to offer any additional frame finishes at this time.


Are they available in different sizes?

We only offer the one size, which is roughly 6 inches wide and 16 inches long (outside face dimensions).


Can I have something written on the back of the frame?

We can add a short personal message for you on the back of the frame, as long as it is requested at the time of ordering.


Can you include a gift card?

Absolutely! Be sure to request one when you place your order.


I made an error when I placed the order, and I need it corrected. Can you fix it, or should I try?

We are more than happy to correct the error for you, but discourage you from attempting to do it on your own. Contact us via email to inform us of the error and send it back (insured) so we can have it corrected for you. You will only be responsible for shipping and handling charges, there is no charge for the correction.

 

Can I return the order for a refund?

Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

 

I noticed some marks on the frame, is that typical?

Please remember that each order is made by hand, including the frame. Frames are made from wood, not a prefabricated material, so flaws are considered part of the character and originality of the frame. We strive on a high quality product, and each order is inspected for that quality assurance before it is shipped.
